Tools

This section collects browser-based implementations of parts of our analysis workflow — tools that let you run specific calculations or extract structured data directly, without installing dedicated software. Each one is built around a particular method or file format from our research, packaged as a self-contained page that runs entirely on your own machine.

• LCD Online — a browser-based calculator implementing the statistical LCD method with our 5-step aluminium phantom: place ROIs on a DICOM image, compute the low-contrast detectability curve, and export results to Excel.

Do not upload images or files containing patient data or other sensitive information. These tools are meant to be used with anonymised or synthetic data only. All processing runs entirely in your browser and nothing is sent to a server, but exported results (Excel files, screenshots) can still carry identifying information if it was present in the source file — so the responsibility for anonymising data before upload stays with whoever uses the tool.
