We focus on Medical Physics applied to Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, with a strong emphasis on Image Quality and Protocol Optimization.

Our experimental methodology combines non-conventional and custom-built phantoms with computational tools, both commercially available and developed in-house.

This site presents our research on low-contrast detectability and model observers, spanning digital angiography, full-field digital tomosynthesis and mammography. 

It also hosts manuals and software documenting our protocols, and a set of browser-based tools implementing parts of our analysis methods.
